REFUND POLICY
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at nudosbisuteriaa@gmail.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Returns & exchanges
We gladly accept returns and exchanges:
- Contact us within: 3 days of delivery
- Ship items back within: 10 days of delivery
- We don't accept cancellations
Please contact us if you have any problems with your order.
The following items can't be returned or exchanged because of the nature of the items unless they arrive damaged or defective, We can't accept returns for:
1. Custom or personalized orders
2. Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons like earrings)
3. Items on sale

Earrings aren’t refundable or exchangeable.
Necklaces or bracelets exchange has to be done in or before 10 days the items were received. Items must have the label attached to it.
CARE INSTRUCTIONS:
Jewelry should be carefully stored. Care should be taken to protect it from knocks, chemicals, perspiration extreme temperatures & sunlight. We recommend you don't wet the jewels or shower with them & avoid directly spraying perfume or alcohol.
Cambios y Devoluciones
Aceptamos cambios y devoluciones siempre y cuando cumplan con lo siguiente:
-Contáctenos no más de 3 días de haber recibido el pedido
-Envié las piezas en o antes de 10 días de haber recibido el pedido
-No aceptamos cancelaciones
Por favor contáctenos si tienen algún problema con su orden.
Las siguientes piezas no tienen cambio ni devolución, a menos que no tengan defectos o estén dañados. NO recibiremos cambios ni devoluciones de:
1. Ordenes customizadas o personalizadas
2. Piezas que por salud e higiene no pueden ser cambiadas como las pantallas
3. Piezas que están en venta especial o en liquidación.

No hacemos reembolsos o devoluciones. Solo crédito a la tienda.
Las pantallas no se pueden cambiar o devolver.
Los cambios de collares y pulseras deben ser en o antes de 10 días laborales a partir del recibo de las mismas, tienen que tener la etiqueta adherida a la pieza.
